Tiger Cut in Half - possibly to use its body parts in Chinese medicine. Lots of money is paid for tiger body parts, as well as body parts of other animals, as they are used in Traditional Chinese Medicine. As a result, these animals are often poached for this purpose.

Every single day countless new cruelty cases are discovered where the extent of animal suffering purposely caused is sickening.

There are many more animals that continue to suffer, undiscovered, often until it is too late.

The cases on this page are just a tiny portion of the horrors that happen every day to numerous innocent animals who are completely undeserving of such malicious, vicious acts.

They are examples that serve to remind us why we need to do all we can to help stop animal cruelty and suffering and why people do this to animal.

It is so sad to see animals getting hurt. They have a life just like us.

Hello Katrina. Thank you so much for submitting these pictures and writing your own web page.

It is awful the number of cruelty cases that happen every day globally. I for one just don't understand the mentality of people that can carry out such despicable acts.

Burning cats and beheading dogs is barbaric. As you say, the pictures you submitted are unfortunately just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the cruelty that takes place every day.

My heart goes out to these animals, and furthers my resolve to work tirelessly to end this suffering.

I am pleased to hear from people like you, Katrina, who are also so shocked and moved by such acts that you feel compelled to write about it, spreading awareness and showing the world what is really going on.

Most people don't want to know. They bury their head in the sand and pretend it doesn't happen. This attitude does not help the likes of these poor animals in the pictures.

People need to see what is happening, then do everything and anything they can to stop further animal abuse such as this.

I thank you Katrina for caring. Hopefully together we won't let the suffering of the pictured animals be in vain.
